IT WAS A POSITIVE VIEW OF THE 2015 NORTHEAST RACING SEASON (top) as enthusiastic racers and fans attended the 35th Parts Peddler Show in Syracuse, N.Y.; DIRTcar honored its top teams at a gala banquet on Saturday, where (center right) World Racing Group COO Tom Deery (left) presented driver Billy Decker with the Super DIRTcar Big-Block Modified championship ring; and (center right) congratulated 358-Modified titlist Erick Rudolph; Fla.’s East Bay Raceway presented the Emil Sr. and Dale Reutimann Memorial on Saturday. The event honored the memory of family patriarch Emil Sr. (father of Buzzie and Wayne Reutimann and grandfather of David) and his son Dale, who were fatally injured in a 1973 traffic accident.
