Madsen authored an improbable and immensely satisfying three-for-three start to his season and devastated the competition each time.
By the end of the weekend, 410 Sprint Car fans were asking one another, ‘is this guy going to have a breakout year’?
Certainly Madsen left little doubt in dust of Central Florida who the best is at this point in the season.
He won three times, and made news times three – a newsmaking performance to be sure!
