The dirt track racing world wobbled on it axis when the stunning announcement was made that troubled Rolling Wheels Raceway would be taken over by DIRT founder Glenn Donnelly.

Since Donnelly sold the DIRT organization he carefully crafted, he has not promoted a single race and until recently, he kept a low profile.

That changed recently when Donnelly announced plans to build a new state of the art dirt track near Brewerton, N.Y.

Now, Donnelly will have some skin in the game. He’ll enter a crowded regional marketplace, one that has changed in every possible way since he last promoted anything.
