Newsmaker of the Week // Jacob Allen

After a few years of chasing the checkered in the rugged arena of 410 Sprint racing, Jacob Allen finally did it.

Son of the legendary Bobby Allen, Jacob and his uncle, Logan Schuchart, have been running on the World Of Outlaws circuit for the past several years.

They have had good times and difficult ones. Both have persevered.

Sunday at Susquehanna Speedway, Allen started up front and, for the first time in his career, drove to a 410 Sprint to victory.

This was a popular win, a well deserved triumph, a long overdue score, a sentimental triumph that was, for all concerned, a Newsmaker!
