Newsmaker of the Week // Port Royal Speedway

There were a lot of good things that happened Sunday at Port Royal (PA) Speedway.  The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series came to Sprint Car Country and boy, did the fans follow them.

The crowd was huge and the racing was spectacular, made even more so when popular Keystone stater Rick Eckert dazzled the throng with a dramatic win in a fast-paced race.

This one had it all. It’s a race that will be talked about for months to come, as the night the Late Models performed magic at Port Royal and Rick Eckert was the number one magician – and Newsmaker!
