Newsmaker of the Week // Duane Howard

Duane Howard is on a roll. This past Friday, Howard won the $10,000 ‘Money In The Mountains’ 358 Modified race at Big Diamond Speedway.

It’s a rich race, but the larger impact Howard’s win had on the Northeastern Dirt Modified racing community is that this was his third win of the year and it came on his third different track. Prior successes were at Lincoln and BAPS speedways. His three wins came in just five starts so far this year.

Howard, who has been in the racing game for many years, is off to the most successful launch in his career – and shows no signs of slowing down.

That may be bad news for his competitors, but to the racing community, Duane Howard is a Newsmaker!
