Newsmaker of the Week // Truex brothers

At Dover Motor Speedway this past weekend, the brothers Truex, Martin and Ryan, each claimed huge wins.

For older brother Martin, his NASCAR Cup win broke a winless streak that extended back into 2021. His younger sibling Ryan’s win was a personal milestone, his first in any of NASCAR’s three upper echelon national series.

Neither win in and of itself was exactly a surprise. But brothers winning back-to-back? That’s a rarity, made even more special in that the Truexes are native Jersey guys.
