Newsmaker of the Week // Kyle Larson

For the second time in his incomparable career, Kyle Larson has won the Knoxville Nationals. Larson was among the pre-race favorites and did not disappoint, taking the lead on the first lap and staying in front for each of the 50 laps. The win was Larson’s second Nationals score and it was well received by the sellout Knoxville crowd.

The next afternoon, Larson finished eighth in the Indianapolis Road Course NASCAR Cup race.

Often touted as a once-in-a-generation racing talent, Larson once again lived up to his reputation by blitzing the best 410 Sprint Car full timers on their biggest stage.

As he has done so many times in so many ways, Kyle Larson is, once again, a Newsmaker!
