Newsmaker of the Week // Ron Silk

In 2023, Ron Silk used his victory over Justin Bonsignore in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour opener at Florida’s New Smyrna Speedway to launch towards his second title. Fast forward to 2024 and it was like déjà vu all over again as a late race restart set up a fight to the finish between the top two Tour combatants with Silk once again coming out on top earning the $17,900 victory in The Sunshine State.
