It was no surprise at Richmond International Raceway last Friday that Justin Bonsignore and Ron Silk would spend most of NASCAR Whelen Modified Touring Series race battling up front for the race win. The pair fought hard for most of last season, swapping positions, and on occasion, swapping paint.
And here they were again, side by side, as the laps were clicking off, neither giving an inch. It all came down to a last lap pass with Bonsignore taking the win over Silk by inches. It was a classic race, one that is likely to be repeated often during this season.
