He didn’t necessarily have the fastest car for the Stafford Motor Speedway Fall Final, but Matt Hirschman had elevated himself into the mix for the win as the race laps ticked off. A late race brush for the lead between Hirschman and Anthony Nocella decided the outcome, giving Hirschman two major Asphalt Modified wins in successive weeks.

Stafford Motor Speedway is notoriously difficult to win at, but Hirschman, who seldom races there, is a perennial contender – as he was last week.

And in victory at Stafford, Matt Hirschman is a Newsmaker!
