Western Pennsylvania Super Late Model driver and team owner Gregg Satterlee is still savoring the most amazing weekend of his driving career. Over the course of three days, Satterlee won on Friday night at PA’s Selinsgrove Speedway and in the process earned the rain-delayed Appalachian Mountain Late Model Series 2025 championship. He was just getting warmed up. Twenty-four hours later, Satterlee won the prestigious Frank Sagi Tribute at Maryland’s Hagerstown Speedway, leading all the way.
But there was more. Sunday, at VA’s Winchester Speedway, Satterlee won yet again, also leading from green flag to checkered. That’s three Super Late Model feature wins in 72 hours, and in three different states, an achievement rare in auto racing at any level.
For going three-for-three, Gregg Satterlee has done something truly remarkable in short track racing circles. He’s a winner times three – and a Newsmaker!
