Newsmaker of the Week // Kasey Kahne

Kasey Kahne fired up a Sprint Car against the World of Outlaws 227 times over the past 29 years, but had not been able to taste victory lane against the Greatest Show On Dirt. But that all changed in start 228 at Williams Grove Speedway last Friday when Kahne, in his third race aboard the Macri Motorsports No. 39M in place of Anthony Macri, was perfect from the beginning of the night to the end, jumping out front at the start of the feature and keeping David Gravel and Sheldon Haudenschild to score a victory that delighted everyone in attendance.
