Newsmaker of the Week // Anthony Macri

Anthony Macri couldn’t have scripted his comeback to Sprint Car racing any better as he won half of the Pennsylvania Speedweek races to capture his fourth consecutive title. In doing so, Macri became just the second driver in history behind Fred Rahmer to win four straight Speedweek titles.

The path to the title was also not easy as he went head-to-head with Chase Dietz and had to overcome not qualifying for the Steve Smith Tribute race at Lincoln Speedway last Monday.

Anthony Macri has made news many times in his career, but coming back onto the scene with a bang makes him a Newsmaker now!
